Us
The story of the Scarborough Marsh is one of resiliance and hope. In many ways it is a much healthier ecosystem than even a hundred years ago. Appreciation for it's beauty and abundance is growing as we better understand our connections with this fragile gem, yet there is still much to be done.
We invite you to lend a hand.
The Friends of Scarborough Marsh is a coalition of private citizens and organizations pledged to conserve, protect, restore and enhance the Scarborough Marsh watershed.
We are an "all volunteer" organization made up of concerned citizens, landowners, businesses, state and federal agencies, environmental organizations and others. We have in common our love for the Scarborough Marsh and our commitment to safeguard it for generations to come.
We are currently looking for interested individuals who are passionate about accomplishing our mission and are willing to commit time for board meetings, committee meetings and special events.
