Loretta
Meserve has worked in Scarborough for 13 years. First as a Town
employee and then moving to Scarborough’s Economic Development
Corporation (SEDCO) where she has worked since 1996.
Loretta lives
in Kennebunkport and has two sons, Chris and Andrew, and for 18
years she owned and operated a Bed & Breakfast there. Loretta has
had a varied career. She also worked as a substitute teacher in MSAD
71 for several years when her children were young.
Loretta
worked in finance for the Town of Kennebunkport from 1976 through
1979 and at Maine National Bank from 1982 through 1984 in its Trust
Department.
Loretta is
active in her church choir, and in her spare time enjoys hiking,
biking, reading and gardening. Loretta is a graduate of the
University of Southern Maine, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Elementary Education.
